RULES




This studio is NON-SMOKING.
Upon arrival payment of the deposit of 300 € in cash against receipt or by check not cashed.
Pets are not accepted.
The tourist tax is 1 € / day / adult and is to be paid on the day of departure.
The premises will be used in a peaceful manner, no festive event can be held there.
The tenant may not under any circumstances claim any right to stay in the premises at the end of the period initially provided for.
The maximum number of occupants for this gîte is 2 people. A baby is accepted up to 2 years old and a small bed is provided free of charge.
State of play: made contradictorily on the arrival and departure of the tenants.
Cancellation conditions: if the future tenant cancels his reservation more than 14 days before the start of the reservation, he will then be fully reimbursed. However if this cancellation takes place more than 7 days before its start then 50% will be refunded. 
Interruption of the stay by the tenant: no refund will be made.
The loss of a key will be charged 100 €
