OUR STUDIO.....

On the first slopes of Mont SALEVE, the "CROIX du SALEVE" studio built in 2021 is at your disposal. Covering an area of 18 m², it is classified 3 stars by the Tourist Office and is fully equipped for the pleasant stay of one or two people (baby up to 2 years old accepted and bed provided free of charge): outdoor terrace, bike room, two-seater convertible sofa of the BZ type, wardrobe, TV, kitchen area: fridge/freezer, normal oven, microwave oven, 4-burner electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, table with chairs, bathroom: shower, sink, washing machine. Free WIFI, ..etc... A parking space at the edge of the property.

This studio is particularly well insulated, it complies with RT 2012 standards.

Rental rate: from 277 to 360 € / week depending on the length of stay. Minimum stay: 7 nights

Monthly rental: 1300 €/month and decreasing over several months

The Cottage

You will appreciate the calm and comfort of this cottage, green setting, terrace towards nature, and the proximity of all services, shops and means of transport.

Our completely new gîte is non-smoking and classified 3 stars by the Haute-Savoie Tourist Office.

02 Our neighborhood

Many walks, races in the center of our village of Collonges sous Salève, take the bus there for Annemasse, Saint Julien en Genevois or Geneva, walk up to Salève or by car and at the top taste a real Savoyard dish such as the tartiflette while contemplating the Mont Blanc range on one side and Lake Geneva and Geneva on the other. After such a good lunch a walk on the summit will be welcome and maybe even push up to the Witch's Tower...
